If you have a US shipping address and a foreign billing address, please take the following steps to place your order:
1. Place items into the shopping basket
2. Enter their mailing address in your billing information under your name
3. Enter their mailing address in the shipping address under their name
4. Complete the order
Once you have the Order Confirmation Number, send an email with the following information:
a. Your Name
b. The billing address that your bank has on file for you
c. The telephone number at your billing address
d. Your Bank name and the telephone number for your bank (from the back of your card)
e. Email address
f. Order Confirmation Number

3.名前の下の配送先住所欄に荷物の配送先住所を記入してください。
4.注文を終了します。
注文予約番号を控えた後、以下の情報をメールでお知らせください。
a.お名前
b.銀行に登録の請求書送付先住所
c.請求書送付先住所に登録の電話番号
d.銀行名と銀行の電話番号（カード裏に記載されているもの）
e.Eメールアドレス
f.注文予約番号
