Thank for the purchase. We have a slight issue. Upon inspection of the bar, we noticed the sprocket is damaged and we don't want to send a damaged product. The 20" bar is on back order until May 7 but we have plenty of 18" bars in stock. Will you accept a 18" bar instead with a refund of $12.50 for the difference in bars.
I am sorry about the issue but we always check our products before shipping and this bar was damaged.
Please advise so I can get you item out ASAP.
購入ありがとうございます。少し問題があります。バーを調べたところ、スプロケットが損傷していることに気づいたので、損傷した商品をお送りするわけにいきません。20インチのバーは5月7日までは取り寄せとなりますが、18インチのバーならたくさん当社に在庫があります。18インチのバーでよろしければ18インチのものをお送りして$12.50の返金をすることができます。
本件については申し訳ありません、当社では商品を発送前にいつもチェックしているのですが今回の商品には残念ながら損傷がありました。
