マッキントッシュC26のプリアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、PHONOにすると片方の音が全く出ません。何度やっても全くダメです。他のアンプでは出ます。このアンプはPHONOが完全に壊れてます。PHONOをメインで使用するために購入したので。オーディオ修理屋に、聞いたら、最低、点検料200ドルはかかるとのことでした。200ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけませんでしょうか？納得ができません。ご連絡お待ちしております。
I write this message regarding McIntosh C26 preamp. I had been out until the other day, so I could check just today the preamp which was delivered to me, but one speaker does not emit sound at all in PHONO mode. I tried many times, but resulted in vain. Other amps, yes, emit sounds. The PHONO mode of this amp is completely broken. I bought this to mainly use in PHONO mode. I have inquired to an audio repair shop, and they told me that checking it would cost $200 at minimum. So can you please refund me $200? I cannot go along with this situation. I am looking forward to your reply.
