私のお客様から先日、返品されました。
返品の理由はタイヤの磨耗による破裂です。
新しいタイヤに変える処置をしましたが、
すぐに磨耗が起こってしまい、商品Aは返品されました。

Regretfully, the item A which I bought from you had failure.
One of my customer returned it to me.
The reason of return was blown out due to wear of the tires.
I replaced the tires with new ones, but soon they become worn and blow out, and finally the item A was returned to me.
I revised generally, and think that the bearings of the tires have problem.
Sorry to trouble you, but can you please send me a set of rear tires for replacement for the item A?
