なぜ、UPS Groundで出荷したのですか？私が購入した5台全てに、UPS 3 Day Selectの料金を支払っていますよ。 UPS 3 Day Selectを使用しないで出荷したのなら返金してください。
私が支払った料金はeBayの商品ページに提示された金額を支払っていますので、料金が不足していることはない筈です。正当な理由が無ければpaypalに異議申し立てを行います。次の購入も考えていますので、お互いに納得できるように解決しましょう。
Why did you ship them by UPS Ground, though I paid you the shipping fee of UPS 3 Day Select for all the 5 units? So if you shipped them not using UPS 3 Day Select, please give refund me the balance of the shipping fee.
I paid you the amount shown in the product page of eBay, so the paid amount should not be less than the necessary shipping fee. If you don’t have lawful reason to this, I will file a claim with Paypal. I would like to buy other items from you in the future, so I hope that both of us could have a reasonable solution
