「Measure」はiPhone/iPod touchの加速度センサーを使って簡単に距離を測定できるアプリです。
まず、「計測設定」を選択して、身長を設定してください。身長から割り出された目線の高さとiPhoneの傾きを元に、三角測量の原理で距離計測を行います。設定画面には、[現在地の標高][計測ポイントの標高]という項目があります。これらは、現在地と計測したいポイントとの間に標高差がある場合に調整を行うための項目です。それらが同じ高さの場合は０ｍのままで計測してください
”Measure” is an app to easily measure a distance using an acceleration sensor of iPhone or iPod touch.
Firstly, please select "Mesurement Setting" and input your height. The principle of mesurement is trigonometry which requires inclination of your iPhone and height to your eye calculated from your height. In the "Setting", there are boxes for "Altitude of your place" and "Altitude of the mesuring point". Those boxes should be filled when the two altitudes are different. When they are equall, you do not have to change it from "0m".
