今回は、ものづくりの挑戦的コラボレーションというコンセプトです
工業的な生産を仕事として行なっている工場のものづくりと、大学の工芸学科でものづくりをやっている作家の卵の学生の作品を組み合わせて作った新しい創造物、作品が出来上がりました
同じ鉄という素材なのですが、本体の硬さとは全く違ってやわらかな質感を持った作品となっています
中に浮いているような蛇口が表現できるのも金属の特徴なので、とても面白い作品になっています
銅板を丸めて、絞りという伝統技法を利用して作られた作品です
Today's concept is challenging collaboration for creation.
By combining the industrial production and artistic production created by university art major students, who are artist-to-be, new creations and works are completed.
Although the material is the same "Steel", the creation has soft texture, which is opposite to the hardness of the steel.
As one of the characteristics of steel, very unique creation can be done, like floating faucet.
This work used a traditional technique, called "squeeze", by rolling a copper plate.
