Telling the truth is certainly a part of integrity. But having integrity goes far enough to include living by commitments that have been made (even verbally), owning up to mistakes, not stealing in the workplace, and not padding bills.
Multiple relationships
Your relationship with each employee is only one of many relationships. Each member of your team has relationships with coworkers, vendors, clients, and possibly even a large number of potential customers who have not yet committed to your product or service. Each of these groups must be able to trust the integrity of each of your employees. If they don't, they have no basis on which to continue the relationship.

真実を伝えることは誠実さの一つである。しかし、誠実さを持つということは、今までに約束した事を（たとえ口約束でも）守ること、自分のミスに責任を持つこと、職場でモノを盗まないこと、請求を水増ししない事などを守りながら生きるという事も含まれる。
複数の関係性
あなたと従業員たちの関係性とは、あなたのたくさんある関係性の中の一つである。それぞれのチームメンバーが同僚や下請け、お客、そして潜在的でありまだあなたのサービスや商品を確約してないお客さんとの関係性を持っている。それぞれのグループのそれぞれが、お互いの高潔さを信頼するべきである。もしそうでなければ、そこに関係を続ける基盤などないのだ。
