午前中は、週末のメールによる問い合わせに関してのフォロー営業をしました。新しいオーダー、キャンセルオーダーについての確認事項があったので時間が少し掛かりました。午後一は、靴の関税を手配する会社と輸入時期の打ち合わせをしました。会社に戻った後は、既存のお客さんに先週から引き続いた案件を確認する為に電話をしました。
明日から、新しい取り扱いブランドの市場リサーチと既存のお客さんの追加発注の営業をします。
In the morning, I did follow-up business concerning inquiries I received via email at the end of last week. It took a little time to deal with new orders, order cancellation confirmation, etc. Right away in the afternoon, I talked about the time of importing shoes with a custom duty service company. After I came back to the office I talked with an old customers to confirm a matter for which we had been talking since last week.
Tomorrow and afterwards I will do market-research about new brand items we are going to treat, and do business with old customers concerning additional orders.
