アーティスト検索アプリケーション
サイトのAPIを使ってアーティスト情報などを検索可能にする。
お気に入り機能などを搭載し、登録されたアーティストの情報などが更新された場合、
プッシュ通知機能でユーザーに知らせる。というもの。
この手のAPIを使ったアプリケーションでプッシュ通知機能を使うことが可能なのかが知りたいです。
また、どのようにしたら可能か教えていただけませんか。

Artists search application
To enable searching artists' information using site's API
To integrate "favorite" function or the like, so that the updated information of the artists registered in a user's phone will be notified to him/her by the push notification function.
I would like to know if it is possible to use a notification function using this type of API.
