ただ不可能であれば、今回のヘッドカバーは見送る事にするので、できるかどうか返事が欲しい。

I surely asked you to ship me the items together with the head covers in my e-mail dated 18 January in which I placed the order. Please check my e-mail message once again.
When I ordered 13 units of A last month, each item came with its head covers. Why didn't you shipped me the head covers this time? The price of each item is the same with or without the head cover. But if you cannot ship me the head covers, I will give them up this time, so please let me know if you can ship them to me or not.
