商品が届かないのだが、なにか問題でもありますか？商品は発送しましたか？発送済みなのか、そうでないのか、メールをください。何も連絡がないのでわかりません。オーダーナンバーは#1028と#1057です。まだ未発送ならば、それぞれの商品発送を一緒にしてほしいです。またその際に、すでに支払った2回分の送料（＄20×2）を1回分にして精算してほしいです。
