私達は、御社との、契約内容と取引状況について審査中です。今日までの取引状況より、引き続き御社とタイにおける独占販売契約を継続していくことはほぼ不可能です。理由は契約数量に対し大幅な不足があるためです。御社より、タイの市場報告やセールスレポートを頂いていますが、私達としては、製品が150箱しか売れない市場に独占販売権を付与し続けることはできません。独占販売契約を解消後の状況を想定しても、この決定が覆ることは無いと思います。
We are evaluating our contract and past transaction record with your company.
Due to transaction history till today, it is almost impossible to continue our exclusive agreement in Thailand.
The reason is because of large shortage quantity compared to target quantity as per agreed upon signing contract.
We had received Thailand’s market report and sales report but we can not continue giving exclusive marketing rights to a market where only 150 cartons can be sold.
Taking future situation after elimination of exclusive contract into consideration, our decision will remain same.
