INVOICE○○の日本への送料について質問があります。△△を利用してPackage Weight 94.4lbsの送料を確認しますと、FedEx EconomyはUSD406.22と表示されます。しかしINVOICE○○の割引前の送料はUSD441.29となっています。この荷物は発送依頼と同時にクレジットカードに課金がされました。依頼時の重量と発送時の重量に違いがあり送料の差額が発生していると思います。送料の差額を返金していただけますでしょうか。お返事お待ちしています。
I have a question about the shipping cost to Japan for invoice ○○.
When I calculated the shipping cost for a package weighing 94.4 lbs using △△, FedEx Economy showed USD406.22. However, the shipping cost before the discount on Invoice ○○ is USD441.29. The package was billed to the credit card at the same time as the collection was requested. There appears to be a difference in shipping costs between making request and the actually shipping. Could you please refund the difference?
