しかし、これはあなた達が私達へ1.4倍の価格に値上げになることを事前に教えてくれなかったために招いたことです。
こういうことが何度もありますので今後、私達は以下2点の取引の取り決めをしたい。
1.製品の価格について、事前通告なしの値上げは行わないこと。
2.値上げを行う場合は、両社の同意を得た上で、
我々に価格を提示してから適用するまで移行期間を6ヵ月間設けること。値上げ価格の適用開始は6ヵ月後とする。
（既に従来価格で見積り提出済みのお客様もいるため。）
