先ほどカスタマーから連絡があり、導入した3台全てが不具合が生じたことで、

私たちはその要求に従わざるを得ません。
新たにBを3台購入し、代わりにセットします。
AよりもB（カバーが予めセットされている）方が壊れる確率は低いでしょうか。

(Test after adapter conversion, and solder cable inspection by opening the back case)
But the problem was not resolved yet, and it still has an error.
We got a request from our customer to exchange all of it to new one because there was an error with all of 3 machines they have installed.
We cannot help but follow their request.
We'll purchase B newly, and install instead of A.
Is the possibility of B(which is covered beforehand)'s breaking less than it of A?
