発送に最適な時期は3～4月のため、2月末まで保留にしたいです。
それまでに輸送状況が改善しなければ宅配便を希望しますが、問題ないでしょうか？

Could you make it plan “A” for the method of ordering once?
I would like to hold by the end of February as the best timing to ship is around March to April.
I will ask the parcel delivery if the transport situation will not be recovered. But I think it is going to be fine.
I will refund the shipping cost back if there is a difference between them.
