○○の出荷数量についての問い合わせ（至急のご回答を希望）
同じ内容で担当の▲▲に連絡をしましたが、念のためこちらにもメッセージを送っています。
○○の出荷数量について質問です。この荷物は29箱出荷となっています。現在日本に28箱到着していますが1箱不足しています。この件でFedExから連絡がありました。29箱出荷となっているが最初からFedExは28箱しか受領していないとのことです。29箱出荷というのは誤りで、28箱出荷が正しいでしょうか？至急ご回答をお願いします。

I want to ask about ▲▲ shipping volume. This freight was a shipment of 29 boxes. Currently, 28 boxes have arrived in Japan, but 1 is missing. FedEx had contacted us about this matter. It was supposed to be a shipment of 29 boxes, but FedEx only received 28 boxes in the first place. Is it a mistake that the shipment is 29 boxes, and it was supposed to be 28 boxes? I hope that you would give a reply ASAP.
