弊社の生産状況については、見積書に記載の通り、POを受領してから2カ月で出荷できます。ただ、8月7日から8月16日まで、日本は夏休みに入りますので、事務処理も生産もできません。夏休みの前に受注頂いた場合、もう少し納期が長くなる可能性がありますが、A社からはいつ頃受注できそうですか？タイムリーに情報を頂けると、生産の調整もスムーズにいきますので、ご協力お願いします。
Regarding to the production condition of our company, we can ship in 2 months after we receive PO as the Quotation. However, we cannot do any paperworks and productions from 7th Aug. to 16th Aug. because of summer holiday in Japan. If you order before summer holiday, there is a possibility to make the deadline longer. Meanwhile, when you can get the order from A company? If we can get information timely from you, we can arrange the production smoothly. Therefore, we are glad if you cooperate us. Thanks.
