全てのスツールについて、画像のように円系のパーツとボルトの溶接個所を一周しっかりと固定し強度を上げてください。また完成後しっかりと検品するようお願い申し上げます。
右赤丸内のボルト付け根にも4点、溶接を施してください。溶接後削ってきれいにし、ロックナットを下げた際、隙間がなるべくあかない様にしてください
ボルトを通す円形の支柱部分の溶接も取れてしまう事例多く発生しております。こちらも以前までは4箇所の点付けによる溶接でしたが1周しっかりと固定するように徹底してください。
For all the stools, be sure to strengthen the durability to be fixed roundly at the location of welding the circled part and the bolt as shown in the attached photo.
Also, inspect well after the completion, please.
Welding must be made at the 4 places at the bottom of the bolt in the red circle on the right. After welding, please shave down and clean, observe to minimise the gap when placing down the locknut.
There might be some cases that welding comes off at the location of the round prop to be put through the bolt. This should be fixed in a round firmly though previously this was at 4 points welding.
