まだ来ていない状況です。
③PMIレポート実施は不可能です。その代わりC of Cの提出で対応できないでしょうか？
添付のような資料で、部分としての品質を保証するものになります。
④エレメントのミルシートもノウハウに当たるので、③のC of Cでの対応にさせて下さい。

2. We are asking about Mill Test Report of spiral-wound gasket to Korean supplier, however, we have not received it yet.
3. PMI report execution is impossible. Could you accept us to submit C of C instead of that?
It would be the document like attached file, and it guarantees the quality as the part.
4. Mill Test Report of element would be the know-how, so let us handle with it as C of C.
