②：①が不可の場合、UFjの台湾支店でBondの発行を行うことはOKでしょうか？
③：①②が不可の場合、貴社の取引銀行名・支店名を教えてください。
既にUFjの台湾支店でBondのレビューを進めているため、①を認めていただきたく存じます。
貴社取引銀行が日本のUFJと提携していない場合、他の銀行を探す手間、
更にBondのレビューをまた一から始めなければならず、
Bondの発行にかなり時間が掛かってしまいます。
1. Would the Taiwan branch of UFJ be able to notify of the bond?
2. In case of not accepting (1), would it be possible to ask issuing the bond at the branch of UFJ bank in Taiwan?
3. In case of not accepting either (1) or (2), could you tell me the name of branch and bank where you are doing the business with, please?
We are proceeding the review of bond at the Taiwan branch of UFJ, we would like you to accept (1) by all means.
If your bank doesn't have an alliance of the UFJ in Japan, it will take more time to issue the bond because we have to look for other banks or need to review the bond from the beginning.
