1)I am not sure why it has not arrived yet. I don't believe I have a tracking number but I will check receipt. Should be there any day now.
2)I have not had a package lost in a long time. I still think it will arrive any day. Ill see what I can do. I agree it has been two weeks past due.
1) なぜ今だに到着していないのか疑問に思います。おそらく追跡番号があるとは思いませんが、念の為レシートを確認してみます。本来であればすでに到着しているはずです。
2)荷物を紛失したことなど、長らくありません。もうすぐにでも到着するかと思われます。私に何かできることがあるかみてみます。確かに、期限を２週間も過ぎてしまっていますね。
