あなたから購入したレコードを聞き終えました。商品説明では"NO SCRATCHES" ということでしたが、Side2とSide3には、いくつかスクラッチがあって、そのうち2箇所は指に感じるほど深いものでした。
大きな問題は、Side2の"BLACKBIRD" にあるスクラッチでスキップが発生することです。
このアルバムは重量があって、返品送料も高くなってしまいます。ついては partial refund をしていただけないでしょうか? 私の希望額は£35です。ご検討ください。
I finished listening the record I purchased from you. According to the item description, it has "NO SCRATCHES", but there are some scratches with Side2 & Side3, and two of them were so deep enough to feel with my finger.
The big problem is there is a skip at the scratch in "BLACKBIRD" of Side2.
This album is heavy and the shipping fee will be expensive. So, could you make a partial refund for me? My required amount is £35. Please considerate it for me.
