The below transaction relates to the refund for May -19 transactions so sales departure column was blank, I cant help you with it you need to check to what transaction the refund relates to.
Jun and July I have updated the information.
Departure Country its where the goods coming from i.e. warehouse the stock is hold.
Arrival Country where the goods are sold to.
We have automated system it will exclude the transactions automatically if your report has missing information. So please make sure in future that the report you send is with all informations.
