The reason why you are on the flat rate because your turnover was below the threshold 220,000 pounds but advantage is for the company who has standard rated sales so they calculate from all your net sales (in your case zero rated and standard rated net sales an multiplied 7.5% VAT rate which is payable to HMRC and you cant deduct any import VAT or purchases related to UK VAT return)

定額スキームに適用されたのは貴社売上高はしきい値220,000ポンドを下回っていましたためです。
しかし、利点として標準の定格売上がある会社はすべての純売上から計算することです。（貴社の場合、ゼロおよび標準の定格売上高は7.5％の付加価値税率でHMRCに支払われ、輸入付加価値税または英国付加価値税関連の購入を差し引くことはできません）
