私はようやく返送された商品を回収したが、本体に傷があり修理の必要が生じた。現在代品は1つ確保でき残りの1つは製造者から輸送中です。これ以上お待たせしてしまうのは申し訳なく、また貴国宛荷物は同時に複数個送ると税関で長期間滞留してしまう(1か月以上）可能性がある事が分かった為、それを防ぐ為先に1つを送り残りの1つを後から送ります。追加送料は当方で負担します。私は確実に2個を送ります。番号がサイトに反映される迄2日要します。輸送トラブルとはいえご迷惑をおかけした事重ねてお詫びします

Therefore, I will ship you one piece first, then later ship the other one. I will pay the additional shipping fee. I will surely ship you two pieces.
