先日絵が届きました。
とても可愛らしく満足しています。
しかし、絵は郵便配達員に折り曲げられてしまいました。
彼が封筒を家のポストに無理やり押し込んだので折り曲がってしまいました。
私は郵便局に抗議しましたが、普通郵便なので補償ができないと言われました。
せっかく頑丈に梱包して頂いたのに配達員のせいで台無しになり、とても悲しいです。
娘のために購入したので、彼女の部屋に完璧な状態で飾りたいのです。
補償付きの発送ですと送料はいくらになりますか？送料が高くてももう一度購入したいと思います。
On the other day, the picture has been delivered .
I am really fond of this picture very much because it is so lovely.
But sad to say, the picture has been folded by the post man unfortunately.
I was complained about this to the post office here but it said no compensation for this issue.
I am very much disappointed with this trouble even tough it had been well prepared to be packing .
As I bought this for my daughter, I would like to put this in her room.
How much is the shipping charge with the any damage compensation for this picture ?
If it is going to be a bit higher , I once again would like to make a purchase.
