ingramのサイトにログインしようとしたところ
パスワードを間違えてしまい、ロックされてしまいました。
パスワードは誤ったものを覚えているようでリセットしたいです。
しかし、パスワードをリセットするための２つの質問の答えも
間違っているらしく、リセットできません。
サイトのロックを解除し、新規にパスワードを発行して頂くことは
可能でしょうか？どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Hello,
I tried to log in to the website of ingram.
