追跡番号("RX〇〇〇JP")の商品につきましては郵便局と発送代行業者に確認を取りました。
現時点ですと、郵便局側のシステムの不備なのか発送の際のミスなのかわかりかねますので
再度、すべての商品と傷がありました三点の商品を速達で送りなおそうかと思います。
私がもう一度、丁寧に状態を確認し、美品(小さな欠けもないもの)のみお送りいたしますのでご安心ください。

I contact the post office and delivery acting supplier regarding the item of tracking number "RX〇〇〇JP."
I am not sure if the system of the post offie has something wrong or delivery mistake incurred until now.
