10/26に１つコンテナを日本から輸出しましたが、
・荷受人名と住所
・フォワーダー名
これらは何と書けばよろしいでしょうか？
また今回の手数料はいくらになりますか？
もしこちらから何かお伝えしなければいけない情報があれば言ってください。
