先日、商品が届きましたが、
下記商品が入っていませんでした。

以前、注文した際、商品の一部が別郵便で後日届いたので、
残りは別郵便で届くかと思い数日待ちましたが、
やはり上記商品が届きません。
注文履歴には、
「order shipments」のページの、
上記商品の「QTY SHIPPED」の項目が「0」と表示されています。
上記商品は発送されていますか？
もし、商品の入れ忘れであれば、返金処理ではなく、
再度、別商品を注文するので、それに同梱してもらいたいのですが可能ですか。

But my wait was in vain.
On the "order shipments" page of the order history, "QTY SHIPPED" is indicated as "0".
Are the above items shipped?
If you forget to place a product, please do not process refund, rather, I will order a different product again. I would like it included in the shipment with the previous item if it is possible.
