First, I would like to thank you for choosing to stay with us! I do see that you have two rooms booked with us for tomorrow evening for 3 nights. If you want to store your bags here with us in the morning before you check in that is definitely an option, however it would have to be picked up when you do check in; we are not able to keep the luggage over night due to a small amount of space we have to store it. As far as the shuttle is concerned, when you land at LAX, give us a call at (424) 290.5000 and let us know what terminal you are at so that we can send a shuttle to pick you up. You will wait underneath the red sign that reads "Hotel Shuttles". See you when you arrive!
