I have 3 questions to you.
・先程、商品返送のためのラベルをプリントアウトしました。この商品の返送の期限を教えてください。いつまでに返送するとよいでしょうか？
・日本からドイツへの発送となりますので、稀に、すぐには到着しないケースもあるかと考えられます。その場合は、柔軟に対応していただけますか？
・商品返送にかかる、日本からドイツへの送料の請求に際し、御社におかれましては、私の、送料代金の支払いの証明が必要と思います。どのようなかたちで証明すると良いですか？

-I just printed out the label for return of the item.Please let me know the due date of return of this item.By when should I send it back to you?
-Since the item will be sent from Japan to Germany, it may not arrive there quickly.In that case, could you please support us flexibly?
-In regards to invoicing of returning cost from Japan to Germany, I believe you need a reciept of my payment for shipping charges.How can I certify my payment?
