独占契約書類に下記２点の追記をお願いできますでしょうか。
１．年間2万個の注文を達成した場合は、独占契約は翌1年間も自動延長となる。
→年間2万個の発注は弊社としても多大な営業努力が必要です。条件達成後に契約を解除されたり、最低購入数を引き上げられると大きな損失が出てしまうため追記をお願いいたします。
２．契約期間中はO ring packing等のメンテナンス部品も供給可能として頂くこと。
→こちらは顧客へのアフターサービスを滞りなく提供するために必要です。
Can you add the following two points to the exclusive contract document, please?
1. If you achieve an order value of 20,000 a year, the exclusive contract will be automatically extended to the following year.
→ It needs a lot of sales effort to each 20,000 items per year. Please note that if the contract is canceled after the conditions have been met, or if the minimum purchase number is raised, a large loss will be generated.
2. Maintenance parts such as O-ring packaging can also be supplied during the contract period.
→ This is necessary to promptly provide after-sales service to customers.
