12.7 Reformation. All Parties hereby agree that neither Party intends to violate any public policy, statutory or common law, rule, regulation, treaty or decision of any government agency or executive body thereof of any country or community or association of countries; that if any word, sentence, paragraph or clause or combination thereof of this Agreement is found, by a court or executive body with judicial powers having jurisdiction over this Agreement or any of its Parties hereto, in a final unappealed order to be in violation of any such provision in any country or community or association of countries, such words, sentences, paragraphs or clauses or combination shall be inoperative in such country

すべての締約国は、いずれの締約国も、いずれの国または地域社会または国の協会の政府機関またはその執行機関の公共政策、法律または慣習法、規則、規制、条約または決定に違反する意図はないことに同意する；裁判所または執行機関が、本契約または本契約の当事国のいずれかの管轄権を有する司法権限を有する者によって、本契約のいずれかの言葉、文、段落または句またはそれらの組み合わせが見つかった場合、 そのような言葉、文章、または条項または組み合わせのいずれかの国または地域社会または協会におけるかかる規定は、該当国においては無効であるものとする
