4. RESTRICTIONS
The Parties agree, for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure, without the prior written consent of the other Party regarding a specific contemplated transaction: (a) not to disclose Proprietary Information of the other Party outside of the receiving Party (b) to limit dissemination of the other Party’s Proprietary Information to only those of the receiving Party’s officers, directors and employees who require access thereto to perform their functions regarding the purposes of his Agreement;

当事者たちは、開示の日から5年の期間の間、特に意図された取引に関して他の関係者の先に書かれた同意なしに同意する。(a) 受領者以外の他者の所有者情報を開示しない （b）彼の同意の目的に関して、他者の所有権情報の普及を受領者の役人、取締役とそれらの機能を実行するためにさらにアクセスを要求する従業員に限定するためである。
