以前いただいた証明書（添付）には、トラッキングナンバーが入っています。
それは今回のナンバーと異なるため、再度証明書を要求されています。
ナンバーが無い証明書か、今回の荷物のナンバー入り証明書が必要です。
ナンバー無しの場合、証明書が今後も再利用できるか、週明けにUPSに確認します。
まずは今回の発注文だけで良いので証明書を発行して頂けないでしょうか。
また今後ですが、日本は※製品の通関がとても厳しいです。
今後のお取引が御社に負担になるのであれば残念ですが輸出の停止も仕方がないです。
The previous certificate (attached) has the tracking number on it.
We are requesting another certificate as it is different to the current tracking number.
I either need a certificate without a number on it, or a certificate with the number of this particular package.
If there is no number, I will confirm with UPS at the end of the week whether the certificate can be re-used in future.
For now, we can only issue this certificate because we only need this order amount.
Also in the future, Japan is very strict with customs clearance for ※ products.
I am sorry if future dealings will be burdensome for your company. I hope exports can still continue.
