中に緩衝材をつめれば、大丈夫そうなのですが。とりあえず、こちらで潰れたパッケージを交換するようにします
日本以外の国のお客さんからはクレームはないのでしょうか？

I often check delivery situation in China on youtube.
The problem is that corners of outer carton are crushed, which causes damages on the package inside.
I would suggest you use a bigger outer carton and put some cushioning materials inside.
For now, we will replace damaged packages by ourselves.
Are there no complaints from customers in other countries?
