6/25～29で台湾出張を計画しております。
別件で6/25～26に打ち合わせがありますので、6/27～29でスケジュール調整をお願い致します。
ただ、〇〇さんの予定が合わないので、専門知識が必要なお客様については、
別途7月に〇〇さん同行のもとで、訪問させていただきたく存じます。

I plan to go to Taiwan on business between 25 June and 29 June.
As I have some meetings for other matters on 25 and 26 June, please adjust the schedule accordingly between 27 June and 29 June.
However, as my schedule will clash with OO-san's, we will have to arrange for another meeting in July when I visit with OO-san if the customers require specialized knowledge.
