ご予約の内容確認しましたところ、別会社(別店舗）でレンタカーをかりているとのことで、申し訳ありませんが借りる店舗は別々となってしまいます。
予約としては問題ありませんが、空港到着後、借りる店舗へそれぞれ行っていただき、出発後に合流していただければと思います。
また、今後同じ店舗で出発したい場合は、同じレンタカー会社、同じ店舗でかりることで可能となります。

Thanks for contacting us. We have checked your reservation details and we found that you rent a car from different company (different shop), and we are sorry that you rent a car from different shop.
There is no problem in reservation and you can go to each shop to rent after arrival at airport, and you can join us after departure.
If you wan to depart from same shop, it is able to do so by renting from same shop, same rental car shop.
