Aはポリマーなど、より強い洗浄を行わないといけない場合に使用します。
ここから具体的な洗浄についての説明に入ります。
資材がAの受け入れをします。写真のように専用のケースを使用する場合もありますし、木箱に入れて送られてくることもあります。
Aを受け入れると、管理№を付け、営業にAが到着したことを連絡します。
営業はその管理№を元に洗浄を工場の生産計画に依頼します。
次の熱処理をするまでこのように保管しています。
300℃から徐々に温度を上げて、420℃まで加熱します。

The Materials Department will receive A.
It will be delivered in the case shown in the picture or in a wooden box.
After receiving A, the Materials Dept. will apply a control number and let the Sales Dept. know that A has arrived.
Based on the control number, the Saels Dept. will ask the Production Planning Dept. at the plant for the washing.
This is how it is stored until the next heat treatment.
Starting from 300℃, it will be heated up to 420℃.
