一度しか購入の意思表示をしていないにも関わらず、2つの契約になったことには納得がいかない。ダブルクリックを2回の申込みとして認識したのは◯なので、航空会社から返金がなかったとしても、◯の負担で返金してほしい。
その証拠には、購入日のメールに記載されている日付と時間が、一度目は◯二度目が◯であること。
同じメールが二度届いたとこちらでは認識し、◯カード会社からの明細書により支払いの際に初めて知った次第です。


帰りの飛行機代(5/15出発)は発券前なので返金してほしい。
