破損した商品の件ですが、受け手がお荷物を郵便局へ持ち込んでも保険申請を行うことはできないようです。
保険を掛けたのは発送元であり、発送元が郵便局へ申請し荷物を持ち込む必要があります。ですので、商品をそちらへ返送させてください。どうしても同意していただけなければ、ebayに異議の申し立てをするしかありません。

Regarding the damaged item(s), I found that I, as the recipient, do not have the right to claim the insurance, even I brought the damaged item(s) to a post office here. Instead, I was told that it is the sender who took out insurance on the item(s), and it is the sender’s responsibility to take the item(s) to a post office in order to file the claim for the damage. Therefore, I would like to return the item(s) to you. If you do not agree in returning the item(s), I have no choice but to report to eBay in the worst-case scenario.
