Yoshidaguchi trail is the place where you can feel the shinto belief for Mt Fuji. Also it is below 6th station(forest limit) so you can see many trees. You can enjoy hiking Yoshidaguchi trail with tour guide that stimulate your curiosity. Guide gives explanation of shinto belief for Mt Fuji at there so easy to understand, also gives advise how to hike so yo can hike comfortably. YWhy don't you take the route which used to be used as worship for Mt Fuji, and join and experience Fuji hiking in different way? The mystic atmosphere expands in the route ancestors had built.
江戸時代に爆発的に人気だった富士山信仰のルートを辿ります。富士山世界文化遺産の構成資産にも登録されている河口浅間神社を出発し、禊の場所として使われていた母の白滝を目指します。自然と歴史の両方楽しめるおすすめコースです。また、歩く道のりも比較的緩やかなルートですので体力に自信のない方でもお気軽にご参加できます。七本杉で有名な「河口浅間神社」、神々しい雰囲気のある身の清めの場である「母の白滝」、展望台から望む「富士山」、全てが圧巻です。歴史も学べ、自然林を歩けば心もリフレッシュ。
You trace the route of Mt. Fuji belief which was popular tremendously in the Edo period. You leave Kawaguchi Asama Shrine which is registered as the structure asset of Mt. Fuji World Cultural Heritage, aim to the Haha-no-Shiraito which is used as the place of the vow. This course is recommended that you can enjoy both nature and history. Also, as the route you walk is quite mild, the persons that are not confident of physical strength can participate in without worrying. "Kawaguchi Asama Shrine" which is famous of Nanahon-sugi (Seven Japanese cedar), "Haha-no-Shiraito" which is the place to purify yourself in the heavenly atmosphere, "Mt. Fuji which you can see from the observation platform, they are all the highlight. You can also learn history, and you feel refreshed while waling in the natural forest.
