銀行には本日、日本時間の昼間に問い合わせてみました。
日本に着金した形跡が無いそうです。通常アメリカからは日本には3-4日で送金されるので、時間が経っています。日本の銀行は着金の形跡があれば何か口座番号のミスなどあった場合、調査できますが日本にお金が届いていないため分からないそうです。
なので送金者から送金依頼をした銀行へ問い合わせてもらうように言われました。
明日銀行にもう一度この送金伝票については尋ねますが、そちらでも銀行へ問い合わせてもらえませんか？
