私からバイヤーさんに送った荷物が自宅不在により一旦国際郵便局の交換局にもどり、後日お客様から再配達の依頼をかけたそうなのですが品物が行方不明になってしまいました。
バイヤー様からの依頼で日本からも圧力をかけてほしいということだったので、こちらからも調査をするよう促したのですが、あちらの郵便局がまともに取り合ってくれず。調査期限を迎えようとしています。そういった内容の進捗のメールです。
