本来であれば、天然の硬い砥石で研ぐのが理想ですが、人工の砥石でも十分に切れ味がでます。
私がおすすめするのは、シャプトンのNo.5000で軽く研いで、No.8000、No.12000、No.30000で仕上げる方法です

Many of Japanese razor frames depend on customers' grindstone's issue mostly.
Originally, it is ideal to grind on natural hard grindstone, but artificial grindstone make enough sharpness.
