当店で調査したところ、お客様が商品を受け取ったのは、uspsの追跡記録において6月30日となっております。
AMAZON.COM並びに当店の返品ポリーは、お客様が商品を受領されてから、30日を超えたものは返品できないこととしております。
大変申し訳ありませんが、今回のご要望は、商品受領後30日を経過しておりますので、返品要望は受け付けできません。返品リクエストを取り下げてくださいますようお願いいたします。
