まず、3347円というのは製品のみの金額になります
その時点でクレジットカードもご入力いただいておりますが、送料がまだ出ていないので、総合計金額は空欄となっていたはずです
その後、重さや長さを測りスモールパケットで1700円という送料が出ましたので、合計5,047の仮請求をさせていただきました
こちら出荷してもよろしかったでしょうか
出荷確定後がクレジットカードの本請求となります。

As today's shipment limit is coming, we will stop the delivery for the time being.
At first, the amount JPY3347 is only for the item.
At that time, you have entered your credit card. But, the shipping charge was not clear then, so the total amount must have been blank.
After that, we measured weight and length, by which the shipping charge was calculated as JPY1700. Therefore, we issued temporary bill of JPY5047 as the total amount.
Could we deliver the item as such?
After the shipment, we would issue the bill for credit card actually. Please note.
